YNJ200/15 hydraulic screwing machine is a threaded coupling loading and unloading machine. It is suitable for the manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and disassembly of oilfield downhole pumps, downhole tools, tubing, casing and other threaded connections. It has the following characteristics:
1.1 The machine head is driven by a low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor. The control valve group is directly connected to the oil motor, and the structure is compact.
1.2 Both the machine head and the back clamp are four-planet claw bidirectional clamping mechanisms, which can clamp workpieces with any outer diameter within the applicable range without turning over or replacing parts.
1.3 The back tong and the machine head have a parallel hydraulic circuit. By operating the manual reversing valve, the back tong can clamp or loosen the workpiece synchronously.
1.4 To change the direction of the upper shackle, you only need to operate the manual reversing valve and turn the direction of the reversing knob.
1.5 The back clamp is equipped with a hydraulic traveling mechanism, which can move with the workpiece.
